These terms apply when you use Shoox. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Shoox.

1. Service use

You must use Shoox in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others.
You are responsible for your Strava account credentials and account activity.
You may not misuse the service, reverse engineer it, or attempt unauthorized access.

Shoox requires Strava authorization to provide core features. You control that connection.
Your use of Strava remains subject to Strava's own terms and policies.
You can disconnect Shoox at any time in Shoox settings or from your Strava account.

Some features require a paid subscription.
Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy and is subject to Lemon Squeezy terms and billing rules.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from Shoox settings.

Shoox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoox disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Third-party services (including Strava and Lemon Squeezy) are provided by those providers under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoox and third-party providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

You can stop using Shoox at any time.
If you deauthorize Shoox, we delete your Shoox account and associated Strava data, except where retention is legally required.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or required for security.
