These terms apply when you use trackmy.shoes. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use trackmy.shoes.

1. Service use

  • You must use trackmy.shoes in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others.
  • You are responsible for your Strava account credentials and account activity.
  • You may not misuse the service, reverse engineer it, or attempt unauthorized access.

2. Strava connection

  • trackmy.shoes requires Strava authorization to provide core features. You control that connection.
  • Your use of Strava remains subject to Strava's own terms and policies.
  • You can disconnect trackmy.shoes at any time in trackmy.shoes settings or from your Strava account.

3. Pricing

  • trackmy.shoes is free to use.

4. Disclaimers and liability limits

  • trackmy.shoes is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, trackmy.shoes disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Third-party services (including Strava and Lemon Squeezy) are provided by those providers under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, trackmy.shoes and third-party providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

5. Termination and data deletion

  • You can stop using trackmy.shoes at any time.
  • If you deauthorize trackmy.shoes, we delete your trackmy.shoes account and associated Strava data, except where retention is legally required.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or required for security.
